You should install the mods in the order you require them to be in the ActiveMods= so the launch order is correct. Adding multiple mods will add each mod to the ActiveMods line one after another. You do not need to do add or change anything. This tool automatically adds the MOD ID for the mod you installed automatically to your gameusersettings.ini config file.
